This Boushh Helmet is a life-size item for either cosplay or display and will fit anyone with a head circumference of 60cm – We can resize it to fit any size.

Boushh was a male Ubese from Uba IV who worked as a bounty hunter. Following his little-known demise at the hands of the Black Sun crime syndicate, Princess Leia Organa impersonated him in order to infiltrate Jabba’s Palace and free Han Solo.

Painting a Boushh Helmet

There are plenty of Tutorials on painting found online. Rustoleum and Tamiya paints are best, however cheaper brands are just as good.

You Will Need:

• Sandpaper
• Stanley Knife
• Superglue (cheap stuff works well!)
• Paint
• Putty

Cheat Mode:

Use XTC-3d Resin or UV Resin (about $15 a bottle)  to get a real smooth finish with less work needed (it will save you hours of sanding). 0.5kg will do about 30 Blasters or 30 Helmets!  Well worth it and will store on the shelf for a couple of years!!

Tip: only mix 30ml each time and brush on very, very very lightly! 

Average Time To Complete: 8hrs – 4hrs (if you use the resin coating method)

Important Details:

The DIY Raw version of this Boushh helmet arrives in separate parts that need to be glued together. You will need to remove left-over printing supports and/or burs prior to sanding and painting.

An epoxy resin coating is highly recommended.
